Okay guys. I'm back in Columbus right now.
My new dorm is 345 Morrison so come say hi if you are hanging around.
8) It's good to be back to Columbus to my friends and school. Even I love the one week break, it's just too boring to stay at my aunt's place all the time without going out. Anyway, classes are going to start tomorrow, but I'm not ready at all. I still have stuffs left at my friends place which I should go pick up ASAP.
Whatever...........................
The new quarter is going to start . And let's just wait and see what intersting things would happen.

Summer quarter is about to start now...
I might start updating my blog again within couple days. Ah~ spring quarter was awful :roll:
Ha~ I'm not sure if that is the right word for last quarter cause it's just so ....abnormoal....hehe. It was full of both bad and good memories.
He~~ that's my spring quarter in a nut shell.
Anyway~ now it's summer. Hope everything will turn out fine. :D

Nothing...
I should be studying right now. I was thinking of not updating my blog for a month and see if someone would bug me to update it. But anyway, I gave up doing so. I got too bored of studying my ochem so I'm here... 8)
I just changed the background sound again. And I'm also debating of changing my layout. Oh well, I guess I won't. Changing the whole thing takes too much time. I have a ochem midterm next Monday and a physics midterm on Tuesday. And my ochem lab report is due on Wednesday. Ah~~this is cazy....I should go back to work. :arrow: hehe~bye-bye

I'm just too bored cause I didn't bring any books with me. :P I got out of ochem lab really early today (11:30) though I'm still the last person to leave the lab.(I'm just so very slow in doing labs. ^^") I was debating if I should go back to my dorm, get changed and put on my contect lenses, but now I decide I should just saty here in the libary. It takes me about 15 min to walk back to the dorm and another 15 min to walk to main campus again. My other class starts at 12:30 so if I were to go back this would leave me about 30 min to eat and get dressed. Well, 30 min is not enough for me at all. I can't do anything with it except getting dressed in better clothes and put my lences on. (Well, for this you'll have to know I don't wear nice clothes to lab because the acids and bases could really couse holes in clothes. Only the honor ochem lab students have lab coats. We, the ordinary ochem lab students only have goggles to wear for eye protection.) :?
Hehe~
Okay, I suppose I should head to class now. :D

Well..It's already Sunday noon now. Let''s see what I've been doing lately.
I didn't go to bed until 4am on Thursday night, (or should we say Friday morning,) because I was trying to finish my ochem prelab(The lab was at 8:30am in the morning.) By the time I got out of class on Friday afternoon, it was already 3:30 pm. I went back to my dorm and try to go over what I did in lab but ended up falling asleep on my bed. :?
I didn't turn off the lights and my music. Since my roommate Steph went to the 6 mile race with her family I'm in the room alone. So...I selp until Sat. morning. :lol:
Anyway, I'm planning to make a bit change to my tblog. :) Wait and see how it turns out to be. ^+++^

:? For some reason I don't know why, lately I keep feeling down after I'm done with classes every afternoon. I'm not sure if it's because school just started and I'm not adjested to it yet, or because it's my own problem. :(
I need something to motivate me.....something to keep me going.
I have two quizes tomorrow which I need to study. But I just don't really feel like studying. ....
I hate going to school. The only time when I loved school was in sixth grade~9th grade. My homeroom teacher in sixth grade sucks, so we always skip classes and go out to play.
From 7th~9th grade my very close friend was in the same school that I go to. I love to go to school so I can go hang out with her after calss.
Well...anyway~that was the past~and now~~eeeehhh~~I have to deal with things I hate to deal with...
hehe~I guess I'll just go take a shower and than decide what I'm going to do with the rest of my day. :roll:

Culture is learned.
This is a phrase that is emphasized a lot in my East Asia Humanity class which I took last quarter. I really agree with it. After you learned some ancient culture that goes back thousand of years, you’ll be fascinated by it. Maybe that’s why lots of people love Japanese culture and are eager to learn more about it. Well, of course the other reason is that Japan has the second largest economy in the world. Hmm…let’s forget about the economy and focus on culture thing for now.
Learning the language is really a stepping stone of learning a culture. From the language we can learn the values, beliefs and attitudes toward everything people encounter in their daily life. Everyone that has learned a second language will find this true. There are always some words in one language that are hard to translated or explained in another one. The more different the two cultures are, the harder it is to translate the two languages properly. Needless to say, this is due to people in these cultures look at the world in a different view. They have different ways of thinking. Thus, these cultural differences reflect on their languages.
There is no culture that is better than others. All cultures solve problems in their own way. This is said by my professor in rural sociology. :P
Unlike the American society, people in the “far east,” emphasize on groups instead of individuals. They also emphasize on maintaining harmony in society. Though, from what I’ve learned from EALL, the text says Japanese society emphasize the和(wa) and that is how their society function, from what I have experience, maybe all cultures in East Asia emphasize on 和.
Take the traditional Chinese medicine or TCM for example, it emphasize on the holistic health of the body and mind. (hmm…I left my EALL text in my dorm,…and it’s kind of hard to explain without introducing some technical worlds of TCM…I’ll leave this part after I get back to my dorm.) 8)

I know I seldom talk about myself, especially things that are in my mind. It's not that I don't like to talk about it. It's just sometimes I think it's too complicated for people to understand. Thus, I'd rather leave it unsaid. But now, I think I will try to write about them on my blog. If you don’t like them, just ignore them.
Hehe…you might also find I’m always jumping form one topic to another….but ….whatever, who cares. :P

I just finished my 3rd ochem midterm two days ago.
Well....it was really hard. Harder than the 2nd one. :?
The good thing is....they will CURVE it for sure.
Now, i'm going to start studying for my finals. I have four all on Wednesday.
Starting from 7:30 and I'll be done at 3:30. :shock: That's really a tight shcedule.
My roommie told me I sould ask my prof. if I can shecedule for another time. But...I'm not sure if I want to do that.
I think I cam do 4 exams in a day.
And besides, this gives me a good reason to force myself to study. :wink:
Anybody have any great plans for spring break yet?
I so can't wait for spring break to come. :D
I won't be going home until Friday or maybe Sat..hehe
I want to hang out with my friends at Columbus before I go home.
But...well....maybe they'll be heading back their homes right after finals...so...who knows
hehe...I should go study now~

Sleep~~ I been taking lots of naps in the days this week.
Well, I need it to recover from my cold. :?
I'm much better now even though I tend to get tired easily.
My nose stopped running sometime on Wednesday, which is a really good thing.
I think I'll be okay by next week. :D
Then I will be energetic enough to go to Animate and Manga again.
I'm going to study for the whole weekend. (Hopefully I can make it.)
I have two midterms next week, one is on Ochem the other is on Math....:roll:
My roommie went skiing tonight. The lift tikcket is free.^^
That is a really good deal.
However, I don't want to go.~~~
